We understand that our customers are concerned about safety and that they want to ensure that their information remains protected and that the ordering process itself is secure.  We guarantee that while you shop with A.B.E.,  you'll never have to worry about credit card safety.

Once we receive a credit card order we verify the credit history and the information of the person ordering the machine.  If unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at A.B.E., call us immediately so we can take care of it. We do not believe this will happen, but we have mechanisms in place if this should ever occur.

Don't want to use your credit card over the internet?

We understand that our customers still may not be convinced about our security.  In this case, give us a call and a Sales Representative will place the order for you.  Once you have fully submitted your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and a confirmation number so you know that your order has been placed and received.

I don't want to use my credit card over the internet, but I want to be able to track my order over the web?

If you would like to have the ability to track your order and watch the status of your orders, please notify the Sales Representative that you would like to create a personal profile.  Once you create a secure password we will store the information onto the computer so you can access your account online.  Please be advised that some of your information will be stored on our server over the internet so that you can access this information. 

What will my information be used for?

We will never sell, rent, lease or provide any of the information you provide us with for any other purpose.  Under no circumstances will your information leave our office.  Once you register, you may be sent an email which will explain to you your options for receiving future emails, such as coupons, newsletters, new product information & more.  But you will also have the ability to opt out of any emails in the future.

Some things you should know:

In the case that your credit card is used to purchase unauthorized merchandise, your credit card provider will not hold you accountable for the items purchased.  Please view the options on your credit card contract and notify your provider of any claims.  Also, notify us so that we can provide any necessary information to clear the charge from your card.
